> Why XPushBack is distributed as a donateware?

How developer should be compensated for their work? As for myself, my philosophy is simple: developing for X-Plane is a passion and this passion should have a null cost to me. Developing requires time, but also software, computer(s) . From the beginning on, I accepted donations for XPB . I prefer to keep XPB freely available, mainly for ethical but also for practical reasons, but need to neutralize the cost of coding. I code for the enjoyment of it and for the pleasure of interacting with appreciative users, not to become rich.

By making a donation you encourage the development of this plugin. You also will be registred as a XPushBack contributor: you'll receive updates in priorities and be consulted on future features.
